What is BioField Tuning?
BioField Tuning is a form of sound therapy that works with the body's electrical and magnetic energy field, known as the biofield. This field reflects our physical, mental, and emotional states.
When stress or trauma creates "dissonance" in this field, coherent sound from tuning forks can help bring it back into harmony, supporting greater flow, balance, and well-being.
During a session, the practitioner scans the field around the body, listening and sensing for areas of turbulence. Holding the tuning fork in those areas allows the body's own organizing intelligence to recalibrate to the steady, coherent frequency. As harmony is restored, tension releases, breath deepens, and people often experience a noticeable sense of ease.
